“We had difficulty getting checkin information. We had arrived and still had not received any instructions. After contacting Vrbo Care we finally got a response. The cleanliness of the inside of the house was mostly acceptable. Bathroom linens were lacking-adequate bath towels but one dirty/stained hand towel and three washcloths for three people for eight days. There was a sewer smell that would come and go (possibly no trap on washing machine drain pipe), five tv’s but four were not hooked up……

“The hotel is very beautiful, and the room was also nice and clean—no unpleasant odors. I liked the hotel's location because there were shops nearby, and the surroundings are lovely. It is one of the hotels where I have felt the safest. The best part is the view from the restaurant and the pool. Rooms are cleaned daily, and pets are allowed. Parking is in a different building but is included with the room. Breakfast is comprehensive, though the dishes are basic. The only downside is that there……

“I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.”
