“Definitely coming back to stay here again!”

“We’ve stayed at this place numerous times. We love the environment, the separate pools (one for adults only and the other for families) it’s a beautiful place really. The only reason I gave it the rating I did was due to the fact when we arrived our air conditioner wasn’t working. They were full so we had to stay there for the night. Staff did bring us a couple of fans which helped a little but the Florida heat made it pretty difficult to sleep, but we managed and they had a room ready for us……

“We really enjoyed our stay here. We traveled with our 80 year old family member and everyone went out of their way to make her comfortable. The food was spectacular, and the cocktails were delicious. The walk to the beach is very easy and the pool was wonderful.”

“1st stay here after over 40yrs of visiting the island. Its a nice clean place. Needs a little maintenance on some small items but would definitely come back. Curtious and kind staff, plenty of towels and great location.”

“This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.”

“The best part about this hotel is the location. It’s literally just across the street from the beach, which was super convenient. The biggest disappointment was the beach umbrellas. They only have 5 umbrellas for both Tropic Isle and Seaside, which makes no sense, especially on Fourth of July weekend??? There weren’t any extras either. Five umbrellas are nowhere near enough for all the guests for both locations?? We didn’t bring our own beach gear because we expected the hotel to have enough……

“Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience.”

“Cozy little hotel to enjoy Anna María Island. Beautiful property, nice modern rooms with all the amenities you need to spend a few days at the beach. It seats right on the beach, which is pristine. The staff go out of their way to make your stay memorable. We will come back!!”

“I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.”

“The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The decoration is beautiful and chic. The staff is very friendly and attentive, always willing to help. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel soon.”

“Don’t stay upstairs because the you will be asked to keep it down. Which we were asked several times to keep the noise level down. One night just opening the sofa bed and the next day in the afternoon. The property is not even updated.”

“We had a wonderful room. Clean and ready when we checked in. But there were only 2 working elevators and there was always an Incredibly long wait like up to 10 minutes. Additionally the dinner service at the restaurant was extremely understaffed. But overall we were very happy.”

“The location was great! Just on the other side of the bridge to Siesta Key. Nice pool and grill area. Beautiful updated spacious suite with living room, small dining, bathroom, separate makeup area, and big bedroom with great storage. No breakfast, but so low price and minutes from breakfast in Sarasota or Siesta Key. They had multiple vending machines and coffee all day, and an outdoor cabinet with beach chairs and toys to borrow. We highly recommend!”
