DO NOT BOOK-TERRIBLE

We got there to a dirty room. Hair and toothpaste in sink, sunscreen smeared on glass table, broken bathroom tiles, mold in bathroom and rusted unusable pots and pans. Bed is broken with the thinnest, hardest cheap mattress. We called multiple times with no help. We had to go out and buy a mattress topper, pots, spatula and cleaning supplies. Building is nice choose a different unit.

Relaxing, peaceful, fun & clean

We loved it there. We will definitely be back! We loved the private beach and bar. The dock was amazing at night. You just had to be there to understand. Planning on my wedding to be there.

Horrible unit-don’t book

This unit was dirty upon arrival with hair and toothpaste in sink, mold behind sink faucet handles, dirty dishes, and sunscreen smeared glass table. Tiles in bathroom were falling off, pots and spatulas are rusty and unusable. Mattress in bedroom is hard, thin and broken. Worse than the floor. Called service multiple times since first day and got nowhere. I had to go buy cleaning stuff, a mattress topper and pots and spatulas just to get through the week. Condo place is nice just get a different unit. It’s absolutely terrible!!!!!

With some minor fixes this place is perfect for vacation

I loved the beautiful condo, the nice area, the nice pool and amazing hot tub! The bed is hard as a rock, the bathroom door leading into bathroom needs door knobs and greased to slide easier, and the shower leaks all over the floor, because it doesn’t seal when it closes.

Gorgeous

This was the first time we stayed in the bay. We really enjoyed it. The view of the bay was gorgeous. The room was nicer than most rooms we stayed in on the beach. The only complaint we would have is the living room TV. When we travel, we try to get places with amenities like we have at home. So the living room tv could be bigger. Besides that everything was amazing. We plan to stay here again. Thank you.

Clean and comfortable condo with enough space for a couple. Great view of the gulf, pool, and golf course. The balcony was very spacious, however we were unable to use it. It looked to be two birds nests out there and a dead baby bird as well. The hosts provided plenty of towels and extras that may be needed so there was no need to contact the property for anything. The hot water was a bit hit or miss as it would run out pretty quickly. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay and highly recommend.

Reflections 507

The home was clean but scanty furnished. Unlike the photos, there was only one sofa in the living room area which was the sleeper, leaving only the 3 stools for sitting. There were also no baking pans for the oven, only stove top pots and pans or decent knives for cutting. So bring your own cookware, knives, pillows, sheets, blankets.... The mattress in the master is coil metal springs which I didn't think they made anymore.

Quiet resort

First and foremost this is a really nice resort with lots of great amenities and close to just about everything you could want. From the relaxing pool with several covered areas, to the great view of the bay from the units. Strongly suggest the sunset boat ride from the company that is right next door. Will definitely be staying again as well as referring people. Now for this particular unit I do not think I will be coming back. When we walked in the walls looked like somebody tried to touch up the paint without bothering to match the paint. Several loose tiles in the floor so you heard every time someone walked down the hallway. Previous tenants forgot to run the dishwasher, and it smelled like it had been left like that for awhile. Would like to have enjoyed the deck more but one chair is falling apart and the other were basically folding chairs. Good news is I can update that the coffee maker worked fine. Mattress is super firm, which I appreciated but not all do. Bathroom was also very nice. Kitchen was good, but appliances while working are definitely dated.

507 Reflections

I’ll begin by saying I’d stay again, There needs to be paintwork done and balcony furniture is ragged. Watch the shower head or it’ll flood the floor. Shower head pressure was great. Bed was super comfy. Updated couch was appreciated with built in chaise. I don’t see a way to attach photos. 4 out of 5. Also Reflections is our go to place. We love the privacy. Very low key. Nice pool.

Very nice stay!

Love this location! Felt like we were in a secluded cove. Wasn't crowded at all, beautiful weather and great scenery. Balcony is a great to fall asleep on with an even better view. Only thing I would recommend is replacing the current tvs with a couple of smart ones as opposed to the cable and a dvd player alone. This way guests can use their streaming accounts. Not too many ppl are traveling with dvds these days :).

I've stayed at units here at Reflections for the past few years. The view is what keeps me coming back. I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the furnishings and mildew around the windows. I recommend the owners spend $20 for new coffee pot, the buttons were broken. Overall, I'm always pleased with units at Reflections but this unit needs a complete Spring Cleaning.

Relaxing and beautiful setting

Comfortable unit with well-stocked kitchen. 5th floor balcony offers a beautiful view of pool, golf course, lagoon, and Shell Island. Watching the boats come and go is a favorite pastime.
