“Just a little comment, the lastest we could check is 1 pm so we went to have breakfast and came back at 11:45am to the room to pick up our stuff and use the restroom and our stuff was gone they were cleaning the room. If check out is the latest at 1 I would think that you would wait until 1:01 pm to actually go into the room and take our stuff.”

“The hotel is beautiful! However, the hotel had a VIP guest that made our stay very uncomfortable. Most of the staff was worried about their vip guest that they didn’t care about the rest of the guest in the hotel. This so called VIP guest, celebrated their birthday on the hotel grounds and had very loud music until 3 am.
