We really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately one incident left a bad feeling. My friend wanted half board BC of the kosher food. I did not. We arranged it on our 2nd day at the hotel. Dinner was €35 Tue-Thu and €50 Fri-Sat. On Fri at 5 PM I went to reception to cancel my friend’s dinner. She said that for Fri-Sat anyone wanting dinner had to book a table. I confirmed twice and asked about Sat. She confirmed my friend would need to book. On Sat I booked a table for one via WhatsApp and got a confirmation. At checkout we saw a €50 charge for Fri. I reminded her that I had spoken to her the day before and said my friend would not have dinner on Fri. She became confused and said she would call the manager. When he arrived I asked them to check the Fri reservations and see we were not registered for dinner. They said the records were in the closed restaurant and could not be checked. My WhatsApp also showed I booked only one table for Sat. The manager accused me of being disrespectful and using my hands. I apologized and explained this is simply how I talk. I continued calmly. Eventually he told reception to remove the €50 as if he was doing us a favor. Before leaving I apologized again and offered my hand. He shook it without looking at me. After an otherwise wonderful stay this spoiled the end of our experience. We left feeling as though we had been treated like people trying to get something for free because we had simply followed the hotel’s instructions.

Joanne on reception was amazing. Love and Olivia at the pool bar were amazing. However what hotel asks for a tip on check out? I paid the outstanding the night before with tip and then they wanted more money the next day. Otherwise the property is amazing

Nice accommodation. All amenities included. Well equipped kitchen. Balcony. Hot tubs and gym.

Also der Check- in war sehr unkompliziert,Schlüsselsafe neben dem Eingang. Jeder ( wir waren 1Pärchen und 2 Singles)hatte sein eigenes Zimmer mit Bad/WC. Im Kühlschrank gab es Milch, Eier, Toastbrot,Wasser und einen Mangosaft. Auch ein paar kleine Butterschälchen und Marmelade, Kaffeekapseln und eine Flasche Rotwein waren vorhanden. Das war ausgesprochen nett!!! Der Pool war richtig groß und wurde auch gereinigt. Ein Casher war auch vorhanden. Die Terrasse bot Platz für 6 Liegen und der Esstisch war auch groß genug für ein feines Frühstück! Übrigens direkt am Meer, da wir Superior gebucht hatten.😃 Die kleinen negativen Anmerkungen: die Einrichtung war schon älter- aber mein Gott, wen juckts? Kleine Ungeziefertierchen gab es auch in der Küche, hat uns aber nicht wesentlich gestört. Für den Geschirrspüler gab es eine ganze Packung Tabs! Auch Geschirrtücher waren da! Handtücher wurden nur nach Aufforderung ( Mail) nach 4 Tagen gewechselt. Waschmaschine wurde von uns auch genutzt, da wir bereits eine Woche auf Zypern verbracht hatten. Wäscheständer und Kluppen (!!!) waren auch da! Hab ich schon den Meerblick erwähnt???😜 War wirklich sehr fein! Würden jederzeit wieder kommen!!!
