Nice hotel room for attending Copa America at MetLife stadium. The hotel offered easy shuttles to & from the stadium that got to bypass traffic. We used the bus stop right in front of the hotel to travel to & from New York City. Free parking was a nice perk, even allowed us to leave our car after checking out. This was the perfect hotel for a MetLife event and visiting NYC. The room was clean, staff was friendly & helpful, beds were comfy. Would stay here again.

My room looked dirty. When we started settleting after a 10hr drive and took our shoes of the floor had many wet spots. We told receptionist if we can change room and he could not accommodate us to something similar, but worst of all; wasn’t very helpful and might even say had an attitude.

We took their shuttle service to go to the game. It takes you to Redd’s and then you take another shuttle to the Metlife stadium. Coming back, the hotel shuttle didn’t come to pick us at Redds leaving us stranded after midnight. When we called the hotel, we were told the driver had left for the night. There were over 60 hotel guests left stranded, we weren’t the only ones.

Frontdesk staffs aren't friendly enough. They ignored that you've been in line for help until I spoke out to say something. Beds are too tall. My toddler had fallen twice from the bed. We had to ask to switch room so we can have 1 single bed instead where my husband and I can be surrounding the little one

The Hotel was very clean. Parking was convenient. Included Breakfast was busy but food assortment was excellent. Shower was awesome. Room air conditioner was noisy. Front desk told me our tv remote wasn't working because it was windy outdoors? Overall a nice Hotel & a good value.
