“We had an amazing Valentine’s experience. The room was spotless and cosy. The hosts were friendly. The food was exquisite.”

“Owner had not checked that he had reservations for the day before we arrived. Room was very cold and very slow to warm up. Few commodities. As far as I am concerned, the place is not suited to stay during winter. Way more expensive than many places in downtown Montreal, for less quality in my opinion.”

“The first room I had there were ants crawling all over the walls everywhere. The whirlpool tub didn't work also. So my first night was not pleasant at all...the next day I went to the administration and they changed my room for a bigger room right next door...no ants and the jet tub worked. I was actually happy the tub didn't work as my room was changed on this account but the ants was not a spring time issue there's a nest under the patio door as that was the location they were entering from.……

“The pool and spa were over chlorinated. Most of the jets didn't work. I had escargot gratinee at the restaurant. It was terrible. Oily and the cheese was extremely low quality. I mentioned it to the waitress but nothing was done to remedy the situation. The main course was shrimp and two were not fresh and the rest were severely overcooked. For 100$, i was expecting a 5 star meal.”

“We were happy to check into this lovely place with nice staff and warm decor in the room. The facilities and amenities were just right and made our skiing trip easier. Great location to stay, shop, dine around town. And you don't pay as much in the end.”

“Séjourné dans le cadre d'un congrès. Très bon rapport qualité prix. La spa en longueur plutôt qu'en rond c'est une bonne idée. L'hôtel sent propre sans être désagréable (pas d'odeur trop forte). Lit confortable avec plusieurs types d'oreillers pour aller avec nos préférences. Bon débit d'eau dans la douche (de plus en plus rare et bien apprécié pour rincer les cheveux épais). ”

“Great location for our ski trip. Room had plenty of space to store our winter gear. Although the property looks dated, our room was renovated with new furniture. Good value for the money. ”
