“We loved the pool and the staff. So friendly and helpful and great with our kids! Our AC went out and had to switch rooms after kids bedtime and staff was efficient and quick to resolve the issue even upgrading our room. The only negatives would be issues with our WiFi & both tvs that never resolved.”
