When I was checking in the lady I’m assuming owner. said “what do you need?” I said i have a rsrv she asked me my name, I told her. She went to the back didn’t say anything, just walked off. When she came back She asked if the man behind me was with me I stated no. She started telling me the terms, i signed something but never received the paper work I electronically signed.. she then said absolutely no pets I said,……
