The air on was set to 20 and it was perfect because we were on the highest floor! It was so refreshing and the staff were so incredibly kind and helpful with letting us keep our bags there before check in. The area itself is close to the metro which made it easy to leave in the morning for the airport

The hotel and the location are excellent. 5 minutes from Montmartre, from restaurants and shops, 15-20 minutes through the beautiful streets of Paris from the center. The staff is very nice.

This is a low cost place with minimum space and benefits. I recommend this place for younger folks with minimum budget. We are 68 and found it difficult to deal with. First, we were on 3rd floor and had to drag our heavy luggage up a flight of stairs to reach an elevator that could only fit 1 person with luggage. The room we had was 2 twins side by side with no space to walk or sit. The shower was so small you had to squeeze into it. Not recommended for a larger person. I know its Paris and everything is small but this type room not recommended if need some space and would pay extra for larger accommodations. As far as location, there are a few restaurants and a market nearby to pick up some basic items, but its not a great part of town. Its safe, but a little like NY city busy. As far as going to the main sites in town, everything is 15 to 30 minutes away by cab. If we were to visit again, we would pay the extra to be in a better part of town

Good little hotel that met all our needs for a 2 night stay in Paris. Comfortable room and bed and breakfast was excellent value for money. Friendly helpful reception staff. Within walking distance of Gard du Nord and very happy with the local area.

It is in a great location with restaurants; boulangeries; fromageries; even pharmacies everywhere. Steps from Anvers metro station, you can go anywhere and everywhere with ease if you have Hotel Gerando as your base. Look up and there she is, Sacré-Cœur. Walk up and enjoy the stores, the view and one of the most charming little pockets of Montmartre. Simply amazing. BUT what makes this hotel truly special is the staff and the top notch service they provide.

Great Stay!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel was clean, comfortable and very central, with great transport links close by. overall, it was a pleasant experience. I’d definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Great location for short stay in Paris

Great location, very near metro stop and short walk to Gare du Nord. Lots of lovely restaurants and cafes very close by. My room was perfect for a short stay travelling solo. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this hotel for a shorter break.
