Friendly, comfortable, quiet- great value!

Really friendly check-in, comfortable quiet room. Located in a great neighborhood not far from Montmartre. Excellent value & would definitely stay here again!

It was conveniently located and accessible to all attractions. We walked to the Opera Garnier and the Louvre. There was a metro close by for getting everywhere. The room was very small and the street was busy and noisy in the evening, but quiet later at night and mornings.

Excellent for 2 rooms, myself and 3 older kids, small like all rooms in Paris but actually larger than many 3-stars. I would definitely book again. Lots of good dining and even 3 or 4 places right across the street. Pizza place is A .

Fantastic location within walking distance to many landmarks, including Sacre Coeur, Garnier Opera and Notre Dame. Plenty of excellent dining options. Metro within 5 minute walk. Gare du Nord 15 minutes walk. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Quiet street. Very pleasant experience.

Amazing staff

Staff was so helpful and friendly. My daughter couldn’t walk and they helped us so much by helping to locate ice and providing suggestions on where to visit for patisseries and shopping. Thanks everyone! Only drawback is the noise on the street side. Made for a bit of an unpleasant sleep girls 2/3 of the nights. The service made it worth the while though!!!

The room was very small and unpractical. The washroom’s ceiling is too low that your head touches the ceiling. There were ants in the room also. The elevator is so small that only 1 person fits with luggage. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was ok. Nothing fancy but the room was very small and the bed uncomfortable. The only thing we enjoyed was the conversation with the front desk person who could speak Spanish.

Just needed a base for a quick trip. Location was great: walking distance to Louvre etc. Staff great. Room compact but functional. A safe bet.

Boutique hotel - Great position

Hotel is in a great location, 16min walk from Gare du nord Station, walked to most famous sites and metro is only 5mins walk Hotel is a small boutique hotel , clean , room was spacious with free extra bonuses of free water , fridge, safe and kettle ( tea/coffee) Felt very safe , 2 ladies, shops, bars ,,restaurants within minutes. Would definitely recommend

Small but great location on main line. Opposite restaurant opened until really late so not great. Hot water failed on day 2. Great team though. Part of Paris experience tho!

Mistakes were made early on when they tried to charge us full price after already paying online. Sink was broken but was fixed but there was bad smell from the bathroom. Beds were not comfy, two single beds pushed together. Saving grace was the location.

Hôtel Lèman Opéra is an average hotel with very small rooms & I do not think it was good value,for the amount that we paid. Breakfast was not included. It is centrally located & that is very positive.
