"Good location for tourist attractions and restaurants. Room was big and clean, however the shower was not amazing. Good security as you could only enter the hotel by using your card. Laundry service was handy. Free coffee available but because cleaning is not everyday there is a towel room for you take clean ones. Nice seating area in lobby "
"Loved the room and area. Convenient to have a grocery store right across the street to save on food costs we cooked breakfast and dinner at the apartment. Only issue is the lack of cooking pots. The most annoying thing was the communication with the front desk and house keeping. We had to keep asking them to provide us with fresh towels ,sugar and coffee for our room when that should be standard during the house keeping process. The staff wasn’t friendly the first two nights of our stay but the...
"The staff were professional and friendly and were more than willing to work through language barriers. The facility itself isn't terrible but could use some improvements such as showers not being fully enclosed and water getting everywhere and creating rust on door frame. There is a grocery store around the corner from the hotel's front door which is more than convenient and the entrance to the train system is a couple of blocks away. All in all I would stay in their hotel again. "

This property has luggage storage that we made use of since we arrived early (there are four medium sized lockers that hold at least two carry on suitcases and two large sized lockers that would take large checked bags). Because it's all done electronically, the code for the room literally won't work until exactly 4 pm. Even...
"My son and I stayed here and enjoyed our stay. It's a great place for the younger crowd, good cafes and very close to the metro. There is also a very good bakery just steps away that was very convenient. The front desk people were friendly and helpful."
