“For the price, stay elsewhere. Doesn’t feel like a 5 star experience at all. The town stinks and the rooms are in another building - you have to drag your bags across the street from lobby check in.”

“Great breakfast and was included in room price and served till noon. Rugs in both rooms needed cleaning. Rooms are small but have good amenities like great shower quality, toiletries and face towels”

I appreciated the little balcony that overlooking the ocean Staff were kind and attentive The pool was a real highlight. Stunning views. Lots of shade, good service, nice music. Location was great as well”

“This was a fantastic stay! The staff, especially Denisse, was extremely helpful and always went out of her way to help us. The hotel is pristine, with brand-new, beautiful rooms and daily entertainment throughout the day, which was a great, unexpected touch. The all-inclusive food selection and cocktails were great, as was the location. Some days we didn't even want to leave the hotel. It's an absolute recommendation. My partner and I will definitely be back next time we visit Ibiza.”

“This hotel is convenient for clubbing activities in pacha and you can have free entrance as hotel guest. The downside is that it can be very noisy at night as the sound proof system is not good. You can hear all sorts of noises in the middle of the night. The price is not cheap for this quality.”

“Safety is really something I worry about. Someone open my room without knocking my door . I said who is it ? She just said sorry and ran away. My room already cleaned. So...I have no idea who is she . And I told to other staff. They don't give me good reason too. The hotel website said it located near downtown, but...I walked 1hour to get downtown.”
