Great resort with awesome pool and swim up bar . We stayed 9 nights and it was a fabulous 4 star stay. Ocean front was a bonus great hotel restaurants needs to be music playing at the pool to give atmosphere and better service around the pool, other than that would definitely recommend this hotel

I had a wonderful stay at Phuket Graceland. The staff is warm and professional. The hotel is ideally located on Patong Beach. The breakfast is great. The room was lovely (I would recommend the pool access room). I would stay here again.

The property is very run down. We stayed in a pool access room which had been renovated & was comfy enough however a king bed would have been better than two beds. If you like loud bogan Australian families or boys trips drinking & smoking in the pool, then this is the place for you. I wouldn’t recommend it for a couples trip. Drinks & food the same across the whole property which is a bit boring. Staff aren’t that enthused to serve but I suspect the tips are limited. I wouldn’t stay again.

The building style was beautiful. The numerous pools some 85m in length were fantastic esp for lap swimming. Pool bar was a highlight for all. Cleanliness of room, comfortable beds and balcony views were excellent. The breakfast buffet with huge variety of choice and cuisines was the favourite part if the day for the family!

Arriving at the resort it took 20 minutes to book in and were were the only people there. There was also a language barrier as staff could not speak english. But we will be back as everything else was excellent.

Great friendly property for family with kids. It’s at end of Patong beach and walking distance. Near restaurants and massages that you can walk to but I feel like restaurants are catered to tourists and not always authentic. Beach is not allowed for swimming at this part as FYI but there are the pools on site.

I truly enjoyed my 5 day stay at this hotel. My room was upgraded without additional charges. The staff was friendly, the room attendant kept our room very clean and exchanged our linen and towels as we requested. I had a room with a beach view as well as the hotel pool view. It was very relaxing I do recommend this hotel for a long enjoyable stay.

When I first showed up for a booking, we were told we had to wait to check in, which is completely normal. After checking in and going into the room, we immediately noticed The horrible stench of human waste. I mean terrible!! Smell there was hairs on the shower floor. It had not been cleaned, and the sheets stunk like body oder. We notified them they would not move rooms, but they sent a lady in with Pineau cleaner and she sprayed it in the corner of the rooms, poured it down the drains and walked out and all while doing this Barefooted!!? WHAT!?

Comfortable rooms. good daily room service, good breakfasts, the many pools in the resort were great, you could avoid children in the main pool. The only issue we had was the location, we prefer a little quieter. Very good value.
