Truly amazing, the view of the mountain from the room, breathtaking. The well equipped kitchen and the feeling of being taken care of is great. The property is brand new, everything spotless and with a warm taste that makes you feel cozy and just so happy. I hope I can return soon it is just a magical place. "

"My experience was somewhat disappointing, as it is considered one of the best hotels in Montreux and the service and facilities left something to be desired, starting with the room, which is quite simple and lacks basic amenities such as heated floors, or even carpeting, since in this cold season it is quite uncomfortable to get out of bed to go to the bathroom and find the floor so cold, and when you get out of the shower you feel immensely cold. The attention of the staff in general also leaves a lot to be desired, since sometimes they are not even friendly."
