"Our stay was really wonderful. Everything was exactly as stated in the listing, which is rare from my past experiences. The owners of the property did so much more than any of the others-they really do care and go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome. The back yard was absolutely perfect for my granddaughter to play in, being completely fenced provided such peace of mind when we were out there. We plan on visiting Payson again and will definitely cross our fingers that this property is...

"Great casita for us. In town watching grand play in golf tourney. All really great here … donated an inexpensive hair dryer tho and carpeting is a bit on the worn side but other those two items, we would re-rent for sure. Also, found 2 restaurants we recommend… El Rodeo (Mexican) and Duza’s for their fish special !!"

"House was clean, good ac, and host had fun boardgames. Easy to access. Well lit at night and the beds were cozy. A few downsides were all the tables ( inside and out) only sat four people. We were a group of 5. There is no dishwasher which is not a necessity but having a dishwashing stand would have been handy. We had 3 kids with us. Having some plastic cups and plates available would be a helpful addition to ease a mom's constant worry her kid might drop something. Other additional suggestions...
