“Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. In my view, they do it much better than those 4-star and 5-star hotels. Drury offers not only free hot breakfast, but also simple hot dinner (though they called it “snack”). “Our stay has been wonderful except for the fact that our room never gets cleaned and the only other complaint is that although it is advertised as handicapped accessible in the bathroom the shower has no grab bars and no seating in the shower. The other drawback on handicapped accessible is the front doors in the lobby have not got one that is easily available for the handicapped.”
