No parking needed. The facility looked decent on the outside, but very dated and run down on the inside. It's a place to sleep for the night. The Becks motel/hotel in the Castro was a much better experience. Some older hotels just have that lived in look.

I will stay at the Grove Inn every time I'm in SF

Nice hotel overall, but I wouldn’t recommend it during the winter season. You still pay a resort fee, yet many amenities like the pool and hot tub aren’t really usable. There were also several occasions when no one was available at the front desk to assist with transportation back to our room, which was inconvenient since the property is very spread out—especially during the rain.
