The Inn is a heritage property, nicely decorated. It is within walking distance of the harbour and many restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Other than staircases, (which didn’t bother us because we are very mobile) and the shortage of parking at the location , we had a great stay. They do have additional, free parking within a 3 block distance from the Inn. You may want to wear earplugs if you are on the street side as it is a little noisy.

The home was clean and well maintained. There are great views of the northwest arm and entrance to Halifax harbor from most of the rooms, including pool and hot tub. The interior decorating is cool including many wood features. Dan the property manager was responsive and provided good instructions on using the smart home features. We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Halifax and this property.

Verified traveler

If you go, arrive very early morning. Horrible parking and overrun with tourists. The lighthouse is picturesque enough but not worth the hassle. Better to explore other coastal roads, which offer great views of the bay and open ocean.
