We paid for a sea view room, however the music in the evening was very loud even with windows shut. We opted to downgrade the following day to a room at the back with jungle view, which was much better. The rooms are okay, basic and could do with a refresh. The pool area is okay, plenty of sunbeds available. The hotel overall was okay but felt more 3* than 4*.

Great resort with great staff. My only issue was the temperature of the room and how dry the air was in my room. I also asked to book an airport transfer the day before, but the morning of they didn’t order it. So I had to resort to a Grab which turned out to be cheaper. Overall the staff was very friendly

"For those travelling long distance my advice is get the hotel to book a taxi for you. When you exit the arrivals the younbglad is there and gives directions as to where to get the taxi. It's an hour from the airport to the hotel. The location is excyans I would strongly advise the Sky Bar. The Petronas ..."
