There were also ants everywhere-not a colony of them but clearly visible from the dining table, around the kitchen and washroom. 5) At check out time, Rita the security Manager of the Residence even refused baggage storage saying it did not have room for them, even when its staff had previously agreed to several hours of storage time the night before check out. At the end Rita only reluctantly agreed to storage for 3 hours. 6) The Residence had the audacity to request for a 10 stars review at hotels.com in order for a 15% discount for next booking if booked directly.
