Room was spotless, front gate staff was really nice, loved the tiny gym on the main floor.

Central Hotel was a great experience and made us feel like VIP's. The staff was welcoming and attentive. Also with an amazing location in the center of Casco Viejo. There were many restaurants and stores and with many walkable areas. The view from our room was amazing as it overlooked the plaza and Cathedral. Would highly recommend.

The check-in process is a hassle. They strictly start checking in at 3:00 PM, and we have to wait after that time. It can easily take over an hour. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff is friendly. However, getting an answer for room service over the phone can be a bit frustrating. They often hang up on us. The breakfast is decent, with several options and two egg cooking stations. That’s a nice touch. One issue we encountered was the humidity. Sometimes, you can feel the smell in the elevator hall. They’ve installed a few deshumidifiers, but it’s still noticeable.

Room was very clean, staffs were very polite and friendly. They made me felt welcome. I'm glad I pick there to spend my birthday.

Host was excellent. Great communication and very helpful. The rooms were nice and great value.
