“We woulda gave it 5 stars, but those stairs!!! Lol! Its beautiful, the condo itself was very clean and beautiful! We had everything we needed right there including the poil and a cute little private beach. We loved the ducks, turtles, and seabirds, and the clear water view. The ocean was on one side and the bay on the other! Great view from the 4th floor, but make sure youre in shape. There were a few beer cans left on the ground at the pool, and no garbage can anywhere in view or we mightve...

“Location. location, location! Our unit could have used some more throw rugs but it had what we needed. We were close enough to Fort Pickens park to see the Blue Angels practice. We were between the Gulf and the sound - close enough to walk to the beach but you had to cross a semi-busy road. We went in June and the water was about 83 degrees…perfect. “Excellent side view of beach. Very spacious and clean. Only downfall, sectional does not open up as a sleeper so my girls had to sleep on different areas of the sofa which was fine for them but can be a little misleading for some. ”

“This was a wonderful rental. The hot tub is a little small. Only 2 at a time but still amazing!!! This is a wonderful place with truly every amenity. The owner has done a GREAT job!! Can't wait to go back and stay here again!”

“We love that we had a choice of a private beach, on the bay or the public beach, on the Gulf, within walking distance. There were no shops nearby other than a convenience store that is very limited and one restaurant within walking distance. The condo was equipped for cooking and very clean. The towels and wash rags are SUPER ruff but all in all the condo was great!”

“Clean which is very important to us. Spacious. Kitchen stocked well with dishes, utensils, pots and pans. It would have been nice to have a dishwasher pod, laundry pod, and extra garbage bag but I brought our own. Know now for future reference. Would/will book again. Will recommend!”
