Family Vacation

We loved our time at Sailmakers. The inter-coastal waterway views were incredible, the property was the perfect size for a family vacation and offered easy access to activities and restaurants in Perdido Key and Orange Beach. Service was excellent. We had one small issue with a doorknob k and maintenance was there that afternoon to fix it.

Great place for a family, large condo with separate rooms to accommodate. WiFi could have been better, but other than that. The place was excellent and I would highly recommend it. I would definitely book again.

My biggest complaint was one the bedrooms.. bathroom door was locked.. so we were short one bathroom.. another one was that the tvs should hve been all smart tvs(hard to watch Netflix an other apps on all tvs) hotwater heater room had musty/ fool odor.. dental floss sticks on balcony)one of the bathroom doors wouldn’t close all the way.. some of the toilet seats needed to be updated..refrigerator was slow on making ice ..

Loved our stay!

We loved our penthouse and will come again. It was very comfortable. Right on the waterway and about 1 1/5 miles to the public beach. Our only negative was the downstairs neighbor (a permanent resident) who apparently did not like renters was rude and disrespectful.

Family getaway for a graduation

Overall it was a wonderful place to stay! The downstairs ac did not work we could not get it to change, the flood needed to be cleaner, the shower heads were terrible, two of the downstairs queen beds were awful. Other than that it was a gorgeous place
