Daily Issues
When we arrived, all was as advertised, and the condo was roomy enough for a 3-night stay able to accommodate 4 guests. We booked with 4 guest names, however, when we arrived, there were no sheets for the pull out bed, which meant the condo was only setup to room 2 guests in the main bed. We contacted the emergency line and they offered to meet us at their office to hand off the sheets. They apologized, however, we were confused as to why they wouldn't bring the sheets to us, since it wasn't an issue we had caused. The next day we came in from the beach and the AC was broken. After another call to the emergency line they said there would be a maintenance man out in 45 minutes. An hour and a half later we called for a check-up, and they said he'd be there within 30 minutes. When he arrived, he couldn't figure out what was causing the issue and asked the managing office to send out an AC repairman. Eventually he was able to get the AC on again, but the woman who had been in contact with us from the office said that there had been "water in the line" and expected that it may break again. Seems like it was an issue before we arrived. They had us move to a 2-bedroom, ocean-facing condo that was available. We appreciated the offer, and took it, but this meant that the plans for our entire night were changed last minute as we then had to move condos after waiting over 2 hours in the broken-AC unit. After all of this, the "upgraded" condo's washer and dryer was broken.
