“60代の夫婦で北Wales観光の際に利用したこのホテル。駐車場が広々としていて、利用しやすかったです。市街の中心部に立地していて、色々なお店に徒歩でも比較的簡単にアクセスできました。
シャワールームにはバスタブが設置されていたので、お湯をはってゆっくりと入浴を楽しめました。
2026年7月の宿泊だったので(Walesでも連日、例年よりも暑い日が続いていました)、部屋の中に小型の扇風機があれば、さらに快適に過ごせたと思います。
ホテルはビリヤード台やゲーム機を備えたバブと同じ建物なので、そこで時間を過ごすのも楽しいでしょう。”

“No running water in the leisure building between 2.30pm and 4.30pm which we didnt know until we were already in pool so no showers etc. Kids in the adult only/spa guests only area playing in the jacuzzi/spa pool, roudy group in the relaxation room, reception apologised but didnt seem bothered. Significant mould in the cafe/reception area. Hoses laying untaped on the footpath.
Rooms showing lots of signs of age and desperately in need of TLC (shower grout, peeling paint and wallpaper, frayed……
