“Don't let "older house fool you". House was wonderful, spacious, clean, close to everything Pepin has to offer. Host made sure we had everything we needed, offered tips on things to do, walking distance to river, beach, bars, restaurants. Would definitely stay again.”

“The location was perfect for the wedding we were attending. The place was clean great for a weekend with friends. There was both a bar and coffee shop within a block or two. The large deck in autumn was great for early evening sitting. And, the hosts were very responsive to my questions.”

“The set up worked well for the family. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was not well stocked with bowls and Containers. I would consider it only fairly Stock. The cleanliness of the apartments was only fair to poor. There were some cobwebs, some corners dirty, along the edges had a fair amount of dirt. A few of the plates were greasy and dirty. The hallway was very dirty. The toilet paper was so very very thin. There is no body soap in the bathtub to wash with. The carpet seemed a……

“Loved the size of the overall property. Close quarters in one of the bedrooms but the couple in there did just fine. Didn't have time to enjoy all the amenities but was nice to have everyone under the same roof and not tripping over each other. The hosts were very responsive to all questions and messages, even outside of business hours. Only issue we had, was locating the outside garbage container-- lol. All amenities were great!”

“The Harbor Hill Inn and carraige house are picturesque framed by trees and a lovely garden. Our host Jan was wonderful making sure we had everything we needed, she also recommended several must visit restaurantsand shops. The Carraige House was very clean and well kept. We were only a block away from the scenic Mississippi River and Pepin Harbor. We would definitely visit again!”
