“We booked 2 days before, they did not know we were coming. Rooms was very dirty, they said they do not clean every day if we do not ask, not clean towels and they don not give new, you have to pay to se TV, and the internet was very slow, all this is stated as free on the booking page.
We booked with breakfast, but next morning at 7.30 there were no staff to serve breakfast.
The rooms are falling apart and no ones care.
Did we at least get something back for the missing breakfast, no not at……
