“Great location. Unfortunately the experience at the reception was negative. First they disputed that I had already paid through Expedia and secondly they argued (even though the Amex logo is on their website and payment device that they accept Amex). Both things were apparently not true / the stay was paid for thru Expedia with Amex. The worst part was that they didn’t answered any of my email or Expedia messages. They went dark. I had to dispute the charge through my bank. Bummer as the rest……

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The customer service was excellent, and the hotel was exceptionally clean throughout. The staff were friendly, professional, passionate about their work, and very accommodating when it came to individual needs and requests.
The hotel facilities were of an extremely high standard. The sauna was excellent, and the car parking facilities were convenient and accommodating. The hotel had a lovely ambience, and its location was ideal, with beautiful surrounding……
