"In the middle of a refurbishment, the Falmouth is rediscovering its sense of grandeur. The location is perfect, right on the front, with a cute beach with cafe's just opposite, a short walk from town and 5 minutes walk from Falmouth Docks railway station. The bar has already had it's glow up and is nice space to spend a quite moment. The breakfast was delicious, but what stood out was the amazing staff, who were always there to help. Our room had amazing views, but was in need of the soon to come refurb. The sauna and small indoor pool provided a prefect way to start the day. Not perfect, but all we needed. "

"Breakfast has been scaled down in selection, quality & service and seemed disorganised. Also, as a vegan, there is very little available on the buffet table though I acknowledge they offer a cooked vegan breakfast which is good if you want hot. The granola which I like had run out & I couldn't find a member of staff free to inform them so went without. It would be a thoughtful touch if biscuits in the room were dairy & egg free just to cater fr a wider clientele. "

"Room was clean and comfortable. Facilities were at a very good standard. Easy check in and key system. Only down side was the “sofa” bed in room 7 was not very comfortable. "

"Breakfast is good. Jacuzzi & Sauna is nice although I can imagine that this can be too small and limited on a busy season. Gym equipments is just enough for someone who don't really want to skip a day in a gym."

"Good communications, especially about the effects of storm Goretti, which has led to some outages of electricity and Wi-Fi. Offered a refund of the Cottage wasn’t reconnected but in the event ask services were up and running before our stay.Comfortable and well equipped."

"It was good value but did feel a bit like we were visitors to someone else’s house. Loved the pub up the road and grateful for a good oven for Xmas day cooking."
