"Don't read any negative reviews! It was a great hotel with awesome second shift staff! Courtney was our first encounter, over the phone, and sold us on the property. Then we had the pleasure of Faith and her trainee DJ. Both of them were the outstanding with the utmost professionalism, knowledge, courtesy, and customer service. We needed extra pillows and blankets for the pullout sofa and within minutes they were at our door. From the moment we walked in our room we felt at home and comfortable. We always do a clean of the room when we arrive at all hotels. This hotel was impeccably cleaned. No dirt found on any wipes and even the pull out couch was clean. We were very impressed. Bathroom was nice but I wish there was an entrance from the living area and not just through the bedroom. It would help with bedroom privacy, but that did not and would not change our minds on using this property again. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and we all enjoyed our time in it. Water warm in the pool and jets and temp in hot tub perfect. Breakfast was good. Not our favorite hotel breakfast but we definitely had enough choices to meet everyones tastes! I wish they offered an evening reception or at least coffee/tea through the evening. We will definitely be back to this property and look forward to using Hyatt in the future!"

"My partner and I came for the hot tub. We spoke to someone at IHG and they told us it was working. Ty - at the front desk - saw I was frustrated and took control over the situation. He offered a decent compromise and was adamant about helping. I truly appreciate his help and efforts. He really helped to make a disaster into a pretty good stay overall. The bacon could be a little crispier. That pool is heated a tinge above freezing. Overall though thanks to Ty (and Melissa) it was a good stay."
