“We had a great time in Philly. The location is walkable to major attractions, and it truly felt like home with amenities like a washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. The key lockbox presented an Escape Room experience during check-in, taking a bit of time to get it open, but check-out was smooth. There are so many great options nearby—breakfast spots, juice bars, grocery stores, and happy hour bars and restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay longer.”

“Home icon address did not match actual address. Key access via lockbox was a challenge in snow and icy weather. Cleaning crew sure not finish their job prior to our check in, leaving dirty (and smelly) soiled dishes in dishwasher (and there was no dishwasher soap for us to do it when we arrived). One of the bed frames was broken (split wood separated from the frame and headboard). They did fix it on day two, but first night was uncomfortable. Shower needs shelf for toiletries, and the mini……

“James was a great host! Very accommodating and ensured we had everything we needed. Place was well-kept and comfortable, and was only a 7 min walk to the MET for our show. Would stay here again! ”

“We had a rough start with this property. It has two addresses one for the front and one for the back and the parking garage is not connected to the building, so that was difficult to decipher when first arriving. Also, since there is no real parking outside the location carrying all your belongings from the parking garage to the apartment was a bit difficult. The property was in an apartment building, so all the smells and noise of an apartment accompanies your stay, so plan on explaining to……

“The apartment is in a great neighborhood and very walkable. It’s a nice layout with two bedrooms well separated from each other. For one night it was fine but I think future guests need to know more about the situation. It’s located above a Japanese restaurant with two flights of stairs up. There’s a bar upstairs which was really noisy, past 2AM and was a real inconvenience especially given the signage and messaging around quiet hours. The hallway could use a real cleaning it was very dirty with……
