“Motel”

“Breakfast was disgusting, had to buy from outside and spend extra money. Shower soap was not even provided, had to buy my own. Rooms were pretty clean though.”

“You can improve cleanliness in aspects of pest control. It is also to be careful with the temperature of the water, only hot water fell. The staff was attentive to our needs. Put water to drink in the rooms. Improve security and smoking controls inside the facilities.”

“Originally was supposed to stay at another hotel but due to the power outage we had to find something else. I called the property and John who worked the front desk was very accommodating. He understood the issue and was okay with my family checking in early he let us know the room wouldn’t be ready for 40 minutes so housekeeping could finish cleaning. When we arrived check in was easy and simple. When we got to our room the room was spacious and to a normal eye everything looked okay. I checked……

“The Aberdeen property was very clean, up-to-date and well maintained. The staff were all very friendly. The weekend we were there was a baseball tournament weekend so there were a lot of kids!”

“The front desk guy with curly hair and glasses short height is very rude extremely disatisfied he yelled at me on phone when my husband came to bring my dinner told me to talk to him in the parking lot .”

“I arrived there and they put me on 2nd floor with stairs when I had requested 3 days prior first floor main building as I have for the past TEN TIMES I have stayed there. I can't climb stairs. The concierge called the manager Mr Bhatti in front of me, started speaking to him in their language about me. I told him to speak English please. Put Bhatti on phone and he spoke perfect English to me. Said he'd get me a "better" room at the Travelodge across the street. For same price. The room we……
