“Cleaning lady and front desk were very frindly, helpful, speedy & great at there job.”

“Room was nice and clean. Snow was deep outside and they had parking lot clean and plowed.”

“Hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was professional yet friendly. The location worked well for our travel plans. We were traveling north to Maine, so we stayed just one night. We left the hotel early the next morning (3:30 am sort of early) to beat the heaviest NYC traffic. We were north of the NYC by 6:30 am, and in southern Maine by noon. ”

“everything is worst, noise, not clean......very expensive. one more thing is the signal of wifi, very very low. the cost is not equal to the performance, no worth”

“Friendly staff, but they should have a schedule for people that have not been there before. They have different activities, but we missed out on a lot because we simply did not know. If you want to save, eat at places outside of the place. ”

“Rooms and hallway were disgustingly filthy and smelled. Beds were clean and ok to sleep on. Floors were a mess. Bathroom was ok. Grumpy’s Restaurant was very good. Very good food at descent price. Someone recommended the Crab Dip Apptz and it was delicious. Ribs too. ”

“办了入住才知游池不可用,本来就是为了泳池和热水按摩池才选了这家,早餐很好,套房也很好,但要自己去前台拿备用的床上用品,主要厕所没排气”

“Room was good. TV didn't work. No stations coming in. Pool and Hot Tub was good fir the family. Front desk lady at check in was nice, but then, she was stingy when we requested extra blankets for our kids. It was a pleasant stay all in all though.”

“The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel was clean, although I could hear water running through the pipes from the rooms above through the wall. Which was loud enough to wake me up and a little unusual.”
