"Two families combined with 3 adults and 2 teens had a comfortable 3-night stay. Didn't try the sleeper sofa. Brought an air mattress instead. It's an old structure; naturally some features aren't up to modern code - mostly the staircase and overhead clearance on the staircase. So perhaps not ideal for elderly or if you have limited mobility.But it checks all the boxes for our needs... a/c worked well (cooling and heating), water temp and pressure, kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, room and space. Love the little cafe next door. Hoping to branch out to the nearby restaurant next time. My 1st VRBO experience so no baseline for comparison but host communication couldn't have been easier, which was a relief.Fantastic value. Worked way better than a hotel in Danville. And way more affordable than Danville house options. We'll be back."

"Last minute overnight stay to visit extended family brought us to this charming farmhouse. The layout is very unique, but expected since it is a restored farmhouse. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. Only downside with 5 people is there is one bathroom. It would be super cute if at some point the owner built an "outhouse" style building nearby (so as to not disturb the original structure) with a 2nd toilet and sink. Would definitely rent again."
