We had stayed here before & we really enjoyed it. Staff were friendly & room was clean. This time was terrible. Staff were not helpful, room smelled & carpet was filthy. Parking was a challenge had to use the basement parking with no easy acceas to the hotel. You have to drag your bags up the ramp. Sheets & bathroom were clean or we would have left. We were very disappointed.

Check in was easy thanks to the 24hr reception. Just outside of that is an amazing selection of vending machines with everything from the usual drinks and snacks to frozen meals, icecreams and toiletries. The laundry (located at the back, in the older section) had 2 dryers and 2 washers. Payment of $6 is via card or app and sachets of laundry powder is available from reception for $1.

Adequate place for overnight stay. Due to previous clientele, rooms will have a stale tobacco smell, and fresh cigarette smells came through some vent at times. Staff were very helpful overall.
