“Everyone and everything was great. The food not so much. Room service was a crap shoot. Sometimes food showed up hot. Other times it was 2 hours and not hot. Breakfast and the service was always good. Dinner wasn’t. No coffee shop no ice cream. It’s a 35dollar cab ride one way to Roadtown. However we’d go back. The pool was beautiful. The beach amazing. Quiet. Warm water.”

“This was an excellent place to stay! Great view from balcony, beach only a few steps away. Restaurant & bar on site & food was excellent. Different menu choices every day! Drinks were wonderful & staff was so wonderfully kind & enjoyable to talk to! ”

“Truly a 5 star resort! Having a butler was a unique experience as was the having no room keys (that’s another first for me). We had some rain on our trip so a few more rainy day options would be a good addition. Loved that all water toys were included, find a kayak, pool noodle, stand up paddle board, you could use it. There are bikes all around the property which make it fun and easy to get around the large property. Hadn’t ridden a bike in many years but it came right back. Villas have……

“The harbor could be viewed . Staff was friendly but the property is rundown and dirty. The pool was small and covered. We didn't swim. Wouldn't stay there again”

“The manager Ashur was most helpful and responsive. They responded to minor issues promptly. We loved the large space and stunning view. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen had plenty of equipment. Would highly recommend. One suggestion - add a sofa bed for additional guests. Note: there is a single hideaway bed. ”

“This hotel is a hidden gem! The lady at the front desk was a jewel! I called her 3x before we even arrived to ask her questions about early checkin and leaving our bags with her before we could checkin. She was so pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious with the most awesome view of the water. We even had a little kitchen as part of the room. It was very clean, had a great ac unit, and the bed was very comfortable. It was a great location, close to 3 restaurants and with a 15 min walk to the……

“Great ocean view rooms with incredible decks on the water. Food was top notch for all meals and the beach is gorgeous with first class cabanas. Some negatives: the pool, gym and pickleball / tennis courts are across a small road. Not a huge deal but not ideal. Lots of mosquitos poolside so be careful. But the biggest negative is that the ocean is not swim-able due to huge rocks in the water. I saw zero people in the ocean over my 3 day stay. Zero! Maybe with some water shoes it could be done……

“Sugar Mill was beyond my expectations. They have the friendliest staff and fantastic food. We were two couples who rented two King size bedrooms with ocean views. Some notable staff were Jean our dinner waitress. She was so lovely and helpful with her suggestions, Destiny, and Estephany were pleasant as well. At the beach bar Carlos our bartender was the man!!
