"Booked a double room when arrived offered a twin, no explanation. Then noticed no wardrobe or drawers, a had booked for 14 days therefore had several clothes. Informed hotel, very rude man came to my room stating not hotels fault and that i can cancel. As no other rooms availible, then he removed wall mounted shelf and pushed beds together and said done..... I contacted Hotels.Com very helpful and supportive within 30min man returned and offered new room with double bed but still no wardrobe,...
