“The apartment itself was excellent: very clean, spacious, and well laid out. The kitchen was well equipped for basic meals, with essentials like washing-up liquid, sponge, cloth, tea towel, plus tea, coffee, salt, and pepper provided.
Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the quality of the accommodation. We arrived mid-afternoon to find reception unattended and never found staff there despite returning several times before it closed at 8pm. There were people in the staff area, but……

“The hotel is modern and beautiful! The design choices blend into the natural setting of Bohinj. There is a menu of pillow choices too. We used the spa (Finnish and Turkish spas, salt room, pool), which was included in our stay. The included breakfast was the best we had in Slovenia. There is outdoor seating on the lawn overlooking the lake and a fire pit. Great jump off to Lake Bled as there is less traffic coming and going from Bohinj.”

“Very nice and cozy place. Wonderful breakfast and great hiking nearby. For a family of 4, the room was a bit crammed, but beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. We weee there the last week in June and the room doesn’t have AC or a fan. One night was particularly warm even with the windows open. But the beauty of this place was spectacular!.”
