The hotel was beautiful and staff were great. We struggled with the parking as it wasn’t super clear at first. In addition, due to the roof top bar, there was a lot of congestion in front of hotel later at night.

The staff was friendly at check in but after that not friendly at all. There were not enough towels in the room at check so when requested the lady at the front desk acted very aggravated to have to get some. Also the television did not work and that evening when we called to report it the same lady pretty much told she really didn’t care and we would just not have a TV the night re stayed at that property. Could have been a great place to stay if the staff was friendly and the small issues were taken care of.

This was the third hotel to end a 25 day trip that was exactly what i needed. I suggest booking through the hotel itself, third parties like expedia do not exact translate changes to reservation. It was the most comfortable, felt the most safest, and made a quick adventure (Philly Magic Garden) more enjoyable. There is so much to do within walking distance or an easy drive. Its near everything it seems. I suggest 24 hour valet parking esp if staying under 4 days. I will definitely stay here again.

We were on the street side and next to the elevator so it did get a little noisy. Room was clean. We did order food to the room and it was delicious and fairly quick to get. The area around the property is a little seedy, but decently close to most attractions. We were able to walk everywhere except to the Rocky Statue and Museum.

Staffing seems to be at a bare minimum, took calling a few times a day for two days to get a person on the phone to ask a question. Kept getting voicemail. The entire hotel smelled like weed. BUT location is great if you need a no frills place to stay in Center City.

A fine middle tier hotel. Staff was excellent. Facilities clean and comfortable. But visited twice by a man who said he was a contractor looking for his keys. That was annoying. No bell hop or room service, but as I said, it’s just middle tier hospitality.
