We have stayed for 3 nights and requested that the room will get cleaned and it never did even when we scheduled the cleaning twice.

I didn’t like that I didn’t have a shower curtain in the bathroom. So the floors got wet and it took long for them to bring towels. And how breakfast didn’t come as a package. Other then that it was really good

Either the hotel has decided to save money and not hire enough staff to run the hotel effectively, or they are struggling to attract people to work there. Either way, the place seems to be running on a skeleton crew where housekeeping is hard to come by (and therefore does a superficial job cleaning the rooms), the front desk is stretched thin, and management wasn't around to help provide customer service during a major system outage during check-in time. Overall, this hotel has potential but unfortunately I agree with many of the previous reviews that suggest this place is not meeting basic standards.
