3.5 stars, rounded to 4. Staff interactions were 50/50. Room was clean and water pressure was great for the shower. Hallway was dark and had scratches on all the walls and carpet peeling up. Didn't look like a place you want to be in more than you have to. But it was good enough for our price point.

The hotel itself is nice and my room wasn't bad. The shower however looked dirty but luckily I always wear shower shoes. What really makes me mad is that while you're already paying for the room, you're charged $250 incidental (okay fine). But after I checked out a few hours later I notice ANOTHER charge for $100 and an extra $202. I call & the girl at the front desk told me i made another online reservation & to check my app. The app still only had my one night there so I'm not sure how they're just making reservations out of thin air. The first two charges were removed after 1 day but I still see the $202 there. I checked my account again today and I was charged AGAIN $1.02. I now have to call my bank for this nonsense! I'm not understanding why I'm still being charged after checking out already! Especially when i know I left my room as clean as possible. Extremely pissed and I WON'T be returning.
