This brand new, beautifully renovated historic property is centrally located and near everything - 2min walk to Rittenhouse Sq., best shops, restaurants, park. • 2 BR/1 BA & full kitchen • Kitchen completed with stainless steel appliances and marble countertops • 2 Kings, 1 Queen & Cot (upon request) • 50" Smart TV in LR • Onsite Wash/Dryer • Walk Score 95 • Pets Welcome ($50) • Pack N Play & High Ch. upon request The Space: Smoking: Smoking is not permitted within the apartment in any form. If it turns out that smoking was taking place in your flat during the time you were renting it, you will be charged $300 in penalties. Minimum age: The minimum age for guests listed on the reservation is 24\. By making a reservation, you guarantee that you are at least 24 years old and that you are legally able and authorized to do so. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay. Check-in / Check-out: The check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am respectively.
