After spending the day in the airport and ultimately having our flight canceled, we accidentally got in the wrong shuttle and went to the wrong Microtel.This Microtel (Ridley) sent their shuttle to get us. We were so glad they did. This Microtel was immaculate and looked brand new. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. We got the first good night’s sleep in several days.

We had a pleasant stay at Microtel. It was a little longer than we wanted due to our flight cancellation but we were thankful they were able to accommodate us a bit longer. They offer shuttle service to and from the airport which is a quick 10 minute ride. The hotel was clean and kept up. But above all else the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They always made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Nell in particular went above and beyond to make sure we got our room back after our flight was canceled. We would stay there again.

Wow, $250 hold for damages. Guess you mean business! Staff were wonderful and very helpful. Room was clean and neat but bathroom fan didn’t work and tub drain was slow. Otherwise room was good.

This was an adequate overnight stay after a cancelled flight. The facilities are rather old and cleanliness could be better. Nothing is fancy. Undeniably, I went for the less expensive room rate. It was noisy at night with the highway outside my window and the room a/c was loud. The one excellent thing was the service I received from the desk. The woman was extremely helpful to me when booking and scheduling a shuttle.

This is our second stay here and no serious complaints. Our previous stay last year was a bit better. It just felt like the hotel was a little better cared for not too long ago but we’d happily stay here again. Also, the towels that came with the room were flimsy like shop rags. Second set issues was more up to par. Would be nice if they sold detergent for the washing machines on the property, otherwise you need to overpay at Royal Farms across the street for a tiny bottle of Tide.
