In great location - easy transportation access and walking distance from many dining venues, high-end stores, nightlife hot spot, and more. Enjoy the convenience of an on-site fitness center and a Wi-Fi cafe, with an access to a vibrant central courtyard and a panoramic view from Sky terrace with BBQ area. You are free to use the TV (with Netflix only). No pets are allowed The maximum length of stay is 14 days. No parking is available onsite but we do provide parking options which are near to the property. For more details, please contact host. A $200-$500 refundable security deposit might be asked upon booking.. Our standard check-in time is after 4PM - no check-in end time. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in and must be staying at the property. "We manage multiple apartments in this building and neighborhood. Our unit was not the unit shown in the photographs. Our layout was different, the furniture was different (and very cheap couches), the blinds were all broken. The living room blinds wouldn't raise, and were all bent. The bedroom blinds wouldn't lower, so that was a problem. When we arrived, the unit reeked. It smelled like cat urine. The couch also smelled awful, like human urine. We contacted the host, asking if we could perhaps relocate to another unit. No one ever responded to us. We had to put spare bedsheets over the couch because it smelled so bad we didn't want to sit on it. We turned on the AC full blast and opened all the windows to try to air out the smell. Not happy - and this cost a lot of money.
