“Just the best experience! Our host was very welcoming and responsive. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and special. The house was charming, spotless and well stocked with all the important things, and then some. The neighborhood is not the prettiest, but we felt safe and parking was not a problem. Mostly we had spots right in front of the house. We highly recommend this property! Many thanks for a great stay!”

“This property was chosen primarily due to its location ( near Temple University), as my grandson was taking part in the NATS competition. It was an oasis for our family. We used an Uber as our primary mode of transportation. The summer weather was extreme, and the public transprtation system, well, disappointing. Neither of those things had anything to do with the property. The owners were quick to help when we needed them (via text/phone). There was no recycling bin....but I am sure they will...

“WORST EXPERIENCED EVER IN MY LIFE!! The owner did not answer any of my messages. He never showed up. When Expedia Customer Service finally reached him, he denied having a reservation, he refused to give me my money back and I had to look for another accommodation 30 ”

“We had a great time staying within 10 uber of all things Philly. We reunited with family at the house. Ordered food in, went out, played games and slept well. This home checked all the boxes for our purpose of visiting. Great times for a big group! We will rent again here if it’s available. ”

“The property is in excellent condition, equipped with all the necessary amenities for home-cooked meals, laundry, and a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is fine - perhaps a bit transitional for some, but the neighbors were kind and super friendly! Additionally, the location is conveniently close to bus service, a longer walk to the subway (which we made multiple times), and there is plenty of on-street parking. The property manager is a total professional in her attention and responsiveness.”

“This was a perfect place for our family to stay for our son's college graduation. Charming 3 story walk up with plenty of space for our family of 6 to spend time together. The location is also very nice - pretty street within walking distance of plenty of restaurants. We will recommend this to other families.”

“Our lodging was perfect for our needs. Plenty of nearby eating and drinking establishments, Close to Drexel and Penn, and 15 minutes to downtown Philadelphia. The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was adequately equipped and the neighborhood felt safe. ”

“We spend a couple of days at this location and it had everything we needed. The location is pretty central and had many restaurants walking distance. Like they had in the description, parking is challenging, but not impossible .”

“This is a cute rowhouse in a clean, quiet neighborhood sprinkled with cafes, pubs, restaurants and even a prison -- a defunct prison that is a museum, that is. The house is in walking distance to the art museum and Fairmount Park, close to public transit, and a short drive to downtown/airport/wherever. Parking was somewhat tricky as we arrived late one evening, but was generally not a problem. We would probably have been fine without a car, given the variety of transit options. Meghan...

“Walking distance to museums, dining, Whole Foods and many other important places. 4 bedrooms with queen size beds, and one with a crib. Responsive owner and quickly helps with issues. Lots of air fresheners were in place to mask the musty smell of the house.”
