Check in was fast and easy, room was clean and already pre cooled(95 outside) and the place was quiet, well lit and safe. The shower and bathroom floors were clean and no bugs evident. Truck parking was spacious and easy. Didn’t go to the pool, don’t know anything about it.

The staff was pleasant, room was clean, good cable channels. I love the easy parking. There are lots of people roaming around the outside the Inn. And could be better towels.

NOT WHAT WEBSITE DESCRIBED!!! NO BREAKFAST, NO COFFEE! Vending machines had snacks, water, pop tarts, ect. HOWEVER: staff was friendly.

Phoenix's best kept secret

I love it because the smoking and non smoking rooms are in separate buildings. Ive tried both and they are both equally clean and nice. The best part is you pay your way and no one is bothering you for the rest of your stay, which seems to be a difficult thing for people these days no matter how much money you can throw at them. Anyways i enjoy going here to spend time with my boyfriend in the cool ac.

A decent stay

The room was nice and clean. No smell of cigarettes (as mentioned in earlier reviews). We were surprised at the lack of basic amenities (e.g., no coffee maker, no fridge, no closet for hanging clothes). It was a very busy weekend in Phoenix and Victory Inn was the cheapest play by far.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed !!! The rooms were filthy toilet was broken, very shady people loitering around policies in and out. Could not stay there it was just disgusting!!!!!!! If possible I would like a refund?

IF YOU PAY IN CASH YOU WILL PAY TOO MUCH MONEY BUT ONLINE BOOKING IS A REALLY REASONABLE PRICE. The rooms are very nice for the amount of money especially. The majority of the staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. The drawback is that the general manager /owner is less than helpful and accommodating and in the main building there are staff children that are very loud in the hallway.. The main building smells like marijuana and the other building is quite nice but you cannot have dogs even service dogs in that building or we would have been over there. However they charge an additional $20 a night to stay in that building. Also they charge $20 per pet per night. Mine are service animals and so they were unable to do so. He tried to limit the number of animals I could have and I stood my ground based on the ADA. However they do allow me to have my animals here without a problem. The house keeping staff is very accommodating and nice and the desk staff is incredibly kind and helpful other than the elderly lady who works overnight although she does do her job. Overall I would rate my stay here as four and a half stars. Not fancy but nice and clean. The rooms are furnished comfortably and you feel at home here.

The room was decent for the price. I think.it would be better if they pulled all carpets but it was ok. The price is very affordable and there honestly isn't a huge difference from the 250 a night hotel across the street...
