The Space: Welcome to our property! Thank you for checking us out! \*Please keep in mind this home is only available for longer term stays, and must have a 30 day lease. This comfortable 4bd/2ba property is located in Surprise near the Loop 303 freeway. The home boasts an open living area and kitchen w/ dining area and a large master bedroom w/ attached bathroom and walk-in closet. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked and upgraded with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is also a covered back patio with cushioned seating, propane BBQ, pool, and citrus trees. This listing is for the entire home, including the fenced in backyard with patio area. The home is 2047 square feet with vaulted ceilings and has been recently furnished. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group. There is off-street parking available for up to 4 cars (2 garaged). There are no trailer, camper or RV parking accommodations available. There is no street parking allowed in the community. SLEEPING AREAS: Master bedroom with a King bed and en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet Guest bedroom #1 with a Queen bed Guest bedroom #2 with bunk bed (1 full, 1 twin) Guest bedroom #3 with a Queen bed COMMON AREAS: Large kitchen and dining area all open to a family room with additional adjacent living room. A fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available. (Children supplies such as high chair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $5 per day per item, plus a $35 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.) PARKING: Driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles and the Garage can accommodate 2 vehicles. No overnight street parking allowed. \*\*No Trailer or RV Parking Accommodations\*\* ENTERTAINMENT: 60” HDTV in Living Room 55” HDTV in Family Room POOL: Private outdoor pool (not heated) PET: Please let us know if you’ll be bringing any pets. We welcome DOGS ONLY, with a maximum of 3 pets allowed. There is a per pet fee of $10 per day (plus tax). We do require that you have a place to keep your pet (i.e. dog crate, pet carrier, etc.) while you may be away from the house. We also need to know a few things about your pet (color, breed, weight, and age). Please let us know these details at booking time so that we are able to inform the community of your pet. Please note that guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet messes left behind. A $250 penalty charge will be applied if there is evidence of a pet and no disclosure. BACKYARD: Pool Patio seating BBQ Citrus \*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you have a longer stay planned you may need to purchase some of these items. When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your group as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. We are happy to answer any questions you may have. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums and Phoenix International Raceway. If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ\`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on, and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit. Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Phoenix is not known for its abundance of public transportation. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: \*Pool \*Noise ordinance set in place 10pm-8am. Subject to additional fees if not followed \*Smoking of any kind is not permitted on this property. Additional fees will be charged if evidence of smoking is found upon check-out. \*Property vendors (pool, landscape, pest control, etc.) may access the grounds up to once/week and have access to the back yard. \*Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year.
