Great From Start to Finish

I stayed at Jim’s condo after the sale of my primary residence. It was an ideal temporary home. It’s extremely comfortable, located in a quiet and private area that made it easy to focus during the day and relax in the evenings. The dedicated office with a full-size desk was a standout feature—it allowed me to maintain my work productivity without compromise. The Sleep Number bed in the primary was the same model I have at home which made for the perfect transition and something you just don't generally see in a VRBO property. The unit is right on the pool which is sparsely used and never disturbing. Highly recommended for any professional needing a peaceful and functional place to stay.

Wonderful condo

We absolutely loved staying here. The condo is very well stocked with kitchen supplies to comfortable furniture/beds. The condo was very clean and the patio was relaxing. The pool area and common areas are very well kept. The pool area was quiet and relaxing with gas grills to use. The location is ideal- close to DVR golf course, hiking trails, great restaurants, and grocery/shopping areas. Host is very receptive to any questions or issues that arise. Checking in process was organized and easy. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be booking this condo again for our next visit to Cave Creek!

GREAT CONDO FOR MAYO CLINIC PATIENTS

We live in Colorado and had to temporarily move to Phoenix for three months to be available to receive a transplant at Mayo Clinic. Having already been there for preliminary tests, we were convinced a hotel extended stay was not going to provide adequate living conditions for recovery and easy access to Mayo. We found a perfect solution on VRBO with this condo. It is very much like home with the amenities and comforts we are used to. It has a well-stocked kitchen for cooking, which we found to be essential when on a restricted diet. It is located only 20 minutes north of Mayo, in a quiet gated community near Cave Creek. Ground level access with newer construction requirements, such as wider doors, made recovery far easier. The master bedroom and bath can be isolated from the rest of the in-house activities for rest and privacy. The garage is essential, especially in July and August. Hiking trails are right out the door along with close access to the pool and workout room. Our host Jim, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, including our uncertain schedule. We highly recommend this condo, especially for Mayo patients needing a comfortable retreat for recovery.

Great condo in a quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable condo. It's a very quiet and secluded location. We enjoyed the nearby hiking trails and adjacent golf course. Furnishing are very comfortable. Well stocked with all necessary items. Friendly neighborhood and convenient location to plenty of attractions.

Beautiful and quiet condo

This condo has everything we needed and wanted. Privacy and peaceful surroundings. Looking out to a beautiful pool. Large bright kitchen that is well stocked! Master bed is so comfortable. Perfect condo to watch Sunday football. Huge TVs and living room and bedrooms! We will definitely stay here again!!

Everything one needed and more for a superb vacation

Great Golf Getaway

A girlfriend and I rented this condo to enjoy a week of relaxing and golfing. The condo is perfectly set up for guests and well equipped with everything we needed. Although the weather was cool, we enjoyed using the hot tub and heated pool located just a few steps from the condo. The owner was very helpful and responsive. My friend and I felt welcomed and very comfortable during our stay. This is one of the nicest VRBO rentals I have stayed in over my many years of booking vacation rentals! I will definitely be returning in the future. Much appreciation to the owner!
