The luxurious master suite has a king bed, twin trundle and a sitting area for two. Stream favorite shows on the 55” smart TV. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:

\- Upon arrival, You will receive a unique security code that will allow you keyless entry into the property using our smart lock. This way you never have to worry about losing a key and everyone in your party will be able to lock and unlock the door with your smart lock code. Your code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after you check out.  
  
\- You will receive simple and easy to follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.

Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals,  
  
Effective 1/1/2024 a $1000 incidental/ noise deposit will be held upon check in and refunded back to your bank after checkout, when home is inspected and no damages and noise violation occurred.   
  
Guest must provide both the same CC and ID at time of check in.  
  
You are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID, your email address, and credit card to us after you book. This is a standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum 26, and no pets or \`service pets are allowed\`  
  
\- Pool heating is optional and additional. The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. When heated, the temperature will be maintained between 84-88 degrees. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily.

The communication with the host was great! This was the perfect spot for our family of 9 to enjoy, there were plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and the pool was amazing. The kids enjoyed the pool table as well as the card table. We will visit again!

This was a great house! Lots of room for our three families to stay, so many beds! It has everything we needed and but we had issues with the pool. The waterfall didn’t work from the button so we had to text the property manager to turn it on and off. Then the pool heater broke and didn’t get fixed the whole time we stayed there. The kids swam a couple times but not as much as we would have liked.

#### Perfect Accommodations for our Group

The property was perfect for our Family Reunion. We chose this location because we wanted to stay in place and be comfortable. The house was laid out perfectly for entertaining. We wanted to be outside with lots of available activities for every age. The outdoor space is amazing. There was a covered patio for those who didn't want to be in the sun and a pool and sun deck for those that did. We had putt putt, shuffleboard, and corn hole to name a few. There were stores and provisions close by. We had the best time. The house has anything and everything you could want. And the property manager was ready and willing any time we had a question. Highly recommend.

Host was quick to respond to questions and very accommodating. House was beautiful as well. I saw some reviews regarding the rules and fines, honestly the rules are very basic and not restrictive at all. 10/10 would recommend

#### Nice Property but….

The outdoor amenities are very nice at this property. However, the pool was not warmed up until the third day of our trip. Also, the charge to heat the pool is very high. The interior of the house is very nice and accommodates large groups well. We did have an issue with a number of the appliances not working properly. The rental manager was very responsive, which was helpful, but it was still a hassle none the less. The most appalling part of the experience is there are no window coverings in one of the bedrooms. We had to rig up make shift window coverings just to allow the folks staying in that room not to wake up at dawn. This is not acceptable for the price of this rental - especially when this has been noted in other reviews.

#### Red Mountain Stay

Beautiful home with amenities to keep everybody entertained. Multiple Big Screens throughout the house. The pool was enjoyable.

#### Great pool, terrible beds and scant window coverings

If you are going for the pool, this is your house!! It’s amazing!! The beds are terrible and there are almost no window coverings. If you are looking to play pool or hang out in the dining room at night just know that everyone can see you! If you want to sleep after the sun rises or take a nap then pick another house. There are street lights that shine in the rooms and no blinds over the master tub.
