Whether you're sipping coffee at sunrise or winding down with a sunset cocktail, the scenery from the balcony and master suite is simply unmatched, some of the best views in all of Scottsdale! Step inside and feel right at home in the bright, open living space. The light and airy layout connects the living and dining areas, creating the perfect spot to relax or entertain. Kick back on the large sectional sofa and take in the view through expansive windows, or catch a movie on the 55" TV with cable and streaming options. The dining table comfortably seats up to eight, making it ideal for family dinners or game nights. The spacious balcony features a glass-top table with four wicker chairs and an additional sitting area off the master bedroom (perfect for enjoying those incredible views of the golf course, pond, and mountains!) The open kitchen features off-white cabinets, white appliances, dark countertops, and distressed wood flooring for a touch of rustic charm. The main bedroom offers a king-size bed, dresser, and a mounted 40" TV. Wake up to mountain views right from your bed or step out to your private balcony. The ensuite bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, dual closets, and a single-sink vanity. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, nightstands, and a convenient desk workspace. The third bedroom is perfect for guests or kids, featuring two twin beds, and a cozy reading nook.
